Alan Designs Things

There’s more to him than that, but that’s the main selling point here

The Story of Alan

Alan Reuter is a Graphic Designer with a focus in Web and interactive design. His beginning, like most peoples, was a humble one. He’s been drawing since before even starting preschool, and spent most of his grade school years drawing pictures so that other kids in the class would like him.

Eventually he figured he should make a living at this, so he went to Hofstra University and got a degree in Media Study. This was surprising, since so many artists do not finish their first year of college.

Alan’s specialty is Web design. He does print too. He can make a darn spiffy logo too.

When not staring at a monitor that has all programs from the Adobe Creative Suite running, Alan enjoys comic books, video games, and really greasy food.

Alan has a strong appreciation and fondness for coffee. He will not date a woman who hates coffee. (Unless she is very attractive.)

Alan recently got an iPad 2, and he has been unable to part with it ever since.

He also has a blog, which he updates (in)frequently with random photos of his morning coffee and things he sees when walking around New York.

While Alan loves mangoes, he strongly disagrees with Pantone’s “Color Of The Year 2012”, which is PANTONE 17-1463 Tangerine Tango. Alan strongly prefers PANTONE 15-5519 Turquoise.
